The problem with Trump isn't that he incoherently babbles, but that he and his supporters don't care that he incoherently babbles.
EVERYBODY would incoherently babble at times if forced to give that many speeches -- if they tried to speak extemporaneously instead of from a script. It's why politicians read from a scripts and teleprompters.
So I don't hold that against Trump or any other politicians. What I do worry about is that the fact that Trump doesn't seem to care, that he continues to babble instead of limiting himself to prepared remarks.
What I worry more about is the enthusiastic cheers and applause from incoherent babble. I mean, I understand public speaking is hard, but audience participation is easy.
It's like Orwell's "1984" where the speaker changed facts to the opposite in the middle of the speech, and the audience went on cheering, pausing only to take down the signs that now inexplicably displayed the wrong facts.
