the Executive Director of Projects, Cairo Ojougboh declared that Senator James Manager alone handles 300 CONTRACTS & while none has been executed, 120 have been fully paid for. And while the NDDC is yet to complete its HQTRS, it owes some phantom contractors THREE TRILLION NAIRA.
Unfortunately, the Niger Deltans keep blaming the North for their UNDERDEVELOPMENT but, they can’t simply understand that their REGIONAL LEADERS are the ARCHITECTS of their WOES.
