CORRECTION: Polititweet incorrectly cut off (and completely) the tweet Eric Trump was quote-tweeting—which revelation dramatically increases the odds he was inaptly referring to a security detail as "whoop-ass" and deleted his tweet for some unknown but possibly innocuous reason. 
PS/ Pursuant to this correction, I've deleted two tweets, but kept up all threads discussing possible reasons for the deletion of Eric Trump's tweet and his apparent—deleted—reference to an offensive force projection 48 hours before the historic assassination of a foreign leader.
PS2/ Corrections—as appropriate—are the right thing to do. I hope folks realize this is in *contrast* to taking the *piss* out of people who properly issue corrections—as that's *precisely* the thing that has long *encouraged* journalists *not* to give corrections as they should.
