You are a hospitality spot that no doubt has learned how to make use of third party influencers to market your establishment. That has worked really well. The FOMO they create is actually one of the reasons I came to Milan.
Going by the patrons and the lack of space, one would wonder why there were still guys lined up at the door. But yes, it’s that FOMO, and we love it. I will stand and have my drink, say hi to a few guys and feel good about my night. That’s success.
Now you do have the right for admission. As does any other establishment, just like someone’s house. You have a right to have dress codes on all if not on particular nights. How you choose to communicate that especially in a public forum needs to be beyond reproach.
This is not it. Being a public forum, everyone, including future patrons to your establishment are watching. Admonishing a client and bullying him on social media to make your point especially on an official brand platform begs the question... 
Is this the opinion of the one charged to manage the brand’s social media platforms, or is it the opinion of the owners of the business? Are these the values of the company? This incident might not make people not come to Milan, but people have certainly taken note..
Brands have eroded their brand love for much less. Anyway, happy 2020 @Milan_KE.
