#SEXFORGRADE OLABISI OLALEYE OF IRS DEPT. OAU AND MOTUNRAYO AFOLAYAN with EVIDENCE

She was worried about her friend, Motunrayo @motun_special who was a student of international relations, OAU. Olabisi Olaleye, her

lecturer at the dept had told everyone to come to his office to check their results. On getting there, Motun realized she failed. Mr. Olaleye told her he will give her a good grade if she was ready to have sex with him. Motun declined. But Mr. Olaleye had his “perfect plan” - as

the lecturer in charge of examination timetable, he placed the course Motunrayo failed with a course in her 4th year on the same date and the same hour. Motunrayo was sad as that meant an extra year. She went ahead to meet with Olabisi Olaleye to reconsider the timetable.That was

Olabisi Olaleye’s golden moment, he told her emphatically that he was not going to change the timetable and even at that, if she managed to write both at the same hour, he was still going to fail her if she didn’t give in. Motun kept going to his office to plead even during the

exam period when she was supposed to be reading.
I had to quickly take a trip to Ife. I placed a call to Dr. H (an awesome lecturer who is always ready to fight injustice)
Although Dr. H was on sabbatical leave, she gave us the support. After waiting for Motun to finish her exam,

we had to quickly take a bike to Akintolahall to print a letter addressed to the HOD.
We wanted to follow protocol, we left for the Center for Gender Policy to report the issue. Dr. H was following up to ensure Motun was not at any risk whatsoever.We resolved that she would write

the failed course first,then rush back to write the 2nd one. A report was also made to the school counselor who ensured a panel was set by the Uni. Management. Our “dearest” Bisi Olaleye was invited for the panel and he denied ever knowing Motunrayo, that he met her when she came

to request for a time table altercation. A part of the recording was played to him which resulted to the school management verdict of “half pay”. We duly commend the School Management judgement, however, Olabisi Olaleye is a chronic Sexual Harasser (please find testimony) who

should not be in care of young adults. OAU management has been commendable in creating safe space but we cry not because of today but because of tomorrow. It might be anybody’s child who might be afraid of failure. Not everyone ‘ll be like Motunrayo who had the gut to play along

so as to gather her evidence.
In this recording, Bisi Olaleye kept harassing Motunrayo to hug him despite her resistance.There was a particular Sikiru who took it upon himself to offer an unsolicited advice where he kept on saying, “he can’t fail you if you know your way, shey A

lo fe ni abi B”
You can also find Bisi Olaleye making lewd stupid jokes with her where she had to conform for her own safety since she was recording without his knowledge.Olabisi Olaleye also kept on telling her that “o fe mule, o tun fe se” which means you don’t want to pay and

you still don’t want to offer your body.Such nonsense should not be coming from a lecturer to a student. If we’re to crucify Motunrayo, her crime will be her being a young female pursuing education and refusing to satisfy the indecent thirst of a lecturer. Do I need to lament on

the stress this young lady went through. The emotional distress. At a point, Dr. H had to call her to take off her mind and read for her exam that we had it under control
God bless you immensely Dr. H for standing up for Justice everytime.
Half pay is not justice to Motun and

other students that have been or might be subjected to the claws of Bisi Olaleye.This is a criminal act and will be seeking justice based on 3 count charge
1. Emotional Distress
2. Sexual Harassment and coercion
3. Demanding gratification from a student

And justice must be served. We are naming and shaming Olabisi Olaleye. He is a lecturer at the Dept of International Relations, OAU, a sexual pervert who derives joy in harassing female students.
