When you’re are 95 (15.5 dog years) with cancer and arthiritis you get hand chopped grass fed meat.

Definitely getting closer to the last phase now after quite a fight. Anyone else going through this currently or been through it in the past and have some tips?

In crazy twist, after I sent that original thread, I was able to get in contact with the owner of one of Emma’s puppies, Bernard who is now 14 himself. (Named after St. Bernard’s parish where they were rescued.) We got them together on Mother’s Day...

This is actually hilarious. The NYT has traded in fake news and far left propaganda for years now, helping to cause the radicalization of the Democratic Party. They don’t wanna be seen as full socialist though so they make this silly endorsement. (Which nobody cares about btw.)
Couple interesting points...

The Times which is part of the establishment didn’t back Biden bc they don’t want to feel the wrath of the crazy progressive base.

Also I know person in Times newsroom. Entire place is beyond woke, and the last few decent libs are afraid to speak.
This is why Wokeism is a Mind Virus. Easy to catch and hard to get rid of. Ends with a self hostage situation where you always have to find new bad guys lest your own tactics be used on you.

NYT helped create the monster and now the monster will feast on it’s last credibility.

he understands that bakugou has things he doesn’t want to share, and he has parts of his life that are private, but it makes him feel like shit because he doesn’t even have the option to keep secrets when he relies on someone for everything.
he tries to start hiding things from bakugou, stupid things, like what friends he talks to most, what they talk about, but it ends up backfiring when katsuki thinks he’s cheating.

So I just blocked an acquaintance who never fails to send me sh*tty little jabbing tweets. They said something snarky about a post of mine & I said "So?" They responded with a string of invective--remember, we were friends. It made my heart race (bad for me) and face flush.

I started to write three separate responses.
Then a DM.
Then I just said--does this give me joy?

I've got #cancer--that's toxic enough.
I don't need toxicity in my personal space.
I don't need to take abuse from anyone.
I'm saying this because I want you to learn from it.

I blocked them.
I realized I had spent a couple years putting up with that behavior because I felt guilty.

Remember that you own your energy.
It's a gift.
Don't give it to just anyone.
Don't be manipulated.
Push that toxicity away.
It's freeing.
It will give you joy.

For anyone who went through AF S.E.R.E. training at Fairchild AFB ('86 for me), this song holds special meaning. I recorded this years ago because of that.

Just looked at the date I posted this video (see previous tweet, this thread) and the video description. I posted it right before the 2008 Presidential elections and was pulling for No Name! BARF!!
