THE AMERO AND FORTRESS AMERICA?

2) The Amero concept has been floating around both the academic as well as conspiracy theorist communities for almost 2 decades. In short, similar to the Euro, the Amero would be a common currency for the 3 countries in North America (US, Mexico, Canada).
3) Since 9/11, the concept of a common North American currency has gone hand in hand with the concept of "Fortress America", a joint security arrangement between the three countries. wsws.org/en/articles/20…
4) The idea behind Fortress America and the "Amero Zone" is a continent united in defence and prosperity, free from dependence on other nations. Energy independence would be achieved through Texas oil and Alberta gas, manufacturing would take place in Mexico...
5)...and natural resources, from lumber, fresh water, and mining, could be provided by the US and Canada (with the latter presumably providing for the zone's maple syrup and poutine needs as well)
6) Now, China has made no secret of the fact that its government will soon be releasing its own digital currency, with backing by gold:
7) Recent headlines have also shown the US to be "considering" a digital currency as well, and these news stories have been piling up lately, priming the masses. Anyone who believes the US is merely "pondering", "piloting", or "considering" digital money is naive.
8) The replacement trade deal for the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), known as USMCA, was recently put together. What if an as-yet undisclosed feature of this agreement is a common currency, the long-awaited Amero, in digital form? A currency to match China's?
9) THAT, my friends, may be the subject of DJT's special address at Davos tomorrow. Now this idea may be far-fetched, but it's no more far-fetched than the idea going around that he'll suddenly announce XRP to be the new world reserve currency.
10) But that's not to say that XRP or the XRPL won't be involved. A digital Amero, sound money backed by gold, would integrate with XRP quite nicely. And it wouldn't be an unheard-of concept. /THREAD
