I have found a local mental health support service run in the city I am based in. It is run by Vita health and people can refer themselves or family members who they feel would benefit from support in this area #AllOurHealth vitahealthgroup.co.uk/nhs-services/n…
There is a informal mental health support group in Bristol aimed at new dads and young men, a group particularly at risk of suicidal thoughts. I have contacted this group in the past and is something I will be aware of #AllOurHealth bbc.co.uk/news/av/uk-eng…
I have also researched and am aware of NHS endorsed weight loss groups which advocate physical health. These services can be contacted and advocated to patients who need additional support.
