1) Abrahah was indeed an historical figure and we have many inscriptions from his reign that attest to his exploits
2) None of these inscriptions (which are many) mention Mecca or a campaign in its direction
....

3) Pictures/petroglpyhs of elephants have been found, but they are undated and no evidence connects them with Abrahah. Petroglyphs of boats have also been found in Arabia.
4) Surat al-Fīl makes no mention of Abrahah (nor many other details of the account)
