My comment here is that an administration that—to give just one example from a daily flood of literally thousands of lies—falsified a hurricane map with a sharpie, should be presumed to be lying about all matters large and small.
It's a mistake to address the Secretary of State as "Mike Pompeo," rather than "Mike Pompeo, who we presume to be lying, judging from the evidence of his past behavior."
Mike Pompeo believes that he and a handful of people who believe in Jesus exactly the right way are going to get raptured and then the world is going to burn while he lives in a cloudy all-inclusive, so we can presume that when it seems he's trying to make the world burn...he IS.
Additionally, I think most people can tell that one side's version of the truth has things like evidence and causality and logic, while the other side's version of the truth is that Donald Trump is a messiah genius Prometheus with muscles like Achilles.
