Again, using a shoe on the other foot example, Manager @AdamSchiff says "do me a favor" and "I want you to find me dirt on" a political opponent, citing @MittRomney for obvious reasons.

But those words are fabrications of Mr. Schiff. Donald Trump said no such thing.

1. Don't think people appreciate how much trouble @JoeBiden is likely in right now.

With the exception of a few polls w/ less accurate records in Iowa, @BernieSanders is ahead. He also leads in New Hampshire, and definitely will in it on February 11 if he takes the Iowa on 3rd.
@JoeBiden @BernieSanders 2. Then, we have Nevada on February 22, which he nearly carried last time against Hillary Clinton who had stronger minority support than Joe Biden.

By February 29, Biden's dominance in South Carolina could be significantly diminished.

Come Super Tuesday on March 3...

1. This is NOT true.

IG Horowitz didn't find documented/testimonial evidence to support bias, but as he testified, he did not rule it out BC there was no good alt explanation.

He found 7 “significant inaccuracies and omissions” in 1st of 4 FISA warrant apps, 10 more in other 3.
2. FISC Head Judge James Boasberg ruled final two FISA apps in April and June of 2017 were "not valid"—unlawfully authorized.

He noted that the court has not yet made a determination on the legality of the first two warrants.

They will be deemed illegal, too, given the OIG.
For those of you who defend FISA out of blind hatred for Donald Trump, just know you aid a rubber stamp for a police state.

Of 1,080 requests in 2018, only one application was denied. There are no "rigorous safeguards" or "robust restrictions" against abuse.

Just your hatred.

I spoke to 5 CEOs who have hired General Counsels or set up a legal team to learn about their experiences.
What they said was markedly different than usually what the in-house counsels have to say.

Since it is often a CEO or CFO who decides who to hire as a General Counsel or Legal Head, I think this advice would be pretty important!

The #Constitution grants #plenary power to Congress over immigration & naturalization. Congress exercises that power by enacting laws and budgeting government operations related thereto.

In order to work in the United States, a non-citizen must have work authorization.
Some work authorizations are peculiar to industries, such as those granted to authorize agricultural workers. Others, such as those granted to permanent resident aliens are, essentially, unrestricted.
But every single work authorization proceeds from an exercise by Congress of its legislative authority over immigration and naturalization.

Now, the President's role in all this is the constitutional role of law enforcement granted solely to the President by the Constitution.

In a @YouTube vid Ms Timmer cites Encyclopedia Britannica 'The House of Reps shares equal responsibility for lawmaking with the U.S. Sen. As conceived by the framers of the Constitution, the House was to represent the popular will, and its members were to be directly elected.'
There is some truth to the above statement. The real question here is who is right and how is that 'job' executed properly and in good faith?
