When her lawyer said she'll prove he was a NY resident at the time of his comments and that HIS TAX RETURNS WOULD BE A PART OF DISCOVERY, Trump lawyer not only didn't incl it in dismissal documents re: NY not having jurisdiction, but he wouldn't even return press phone calls 2/4
@realdonaldtrump would rather be sued for defamation by the woman he raped, than risk having his taxes made public.

It was the SAME lawyer Trump used when I sued him for defamation and they were trying to use the same "jurisdiction" argument to have my lawsuit dismissed, only they were using info from my hacked emails. FBI got involved. 4/4
I should correct this: they did not get the chance to use the jurisdiction argument for venue change with me, but were trying to verify my whereabouts using info from my hacked email for that purpose
