There may be questions that individuals like Don McGahn could answer about Trump activities or statements made OUTSIDE THE scope of any relevant priviledge - i.e. during the campaign - that would go towards intent...
Anyone involved in the administration or the President's legal team who had any interaction with Trump outside of and/or prior to the inauguration should be require to show up, and to answer all questions except those for which the White House explicitly asserts privilege...
And if they don't show up, they go to jail.
