B) high quality abundant public goods
C) a robust safety net for the poor

A) less emphasis on fiscal progressivism
B) more emphasis on productivity & growth
C) less worry about upper-tail inequality
D) more emphasis on individual economic independence
E) neutrality toward private vs. state ownership
