This is extremely counterintuitive to most people as it is literally the opposite of how schools train people and how most organizations work, but it is how startups succeed.
To some extent, this seems to be innate.
But to the extent one can learn it, making decisions at 60-70% confidence rather than waiting for 90%+ is probably the best rule of thumb
