Make no mistake: the Trump administration has spent the past two years actively dismantling Medicaid by fiat—after failing to gut it legislatively as part of ACA repeal.
And the fact that they have @SeemaCMS writing BS op-eds like this—and are trying to rebrand Medicaid cuts with Orwellian phraseology like “Healthy Adult Opportunity”—only shows that they know exactly how unpopular their cruel cuts are, especially in an election year.
