@SCCTE1 @WSRAliteracy @SCforEd The current "science of reading" movement wants to legislate reading practice for *all students* and thus supplant teacher expertise about what any students need

Issues such as reading, teacher pay, etc. are about honoring the professionalism of WOMEN
