How to deal with browser tabs, the Marie Kondo approach.
1 - Don't close tabs (too slow, too selective)
2 - Go through tabs (cmd+shift-]) and stop at anyone you really don't want to loose
3 - Can you read it in Instapaper? Cmd-S save to Insta. _Don't_ close. Just keep going.

4 - You can't easily read it in Instapaper, too many links you want to follow, a video, an app you want to explore? Add to Roam Daily Notes.
- Is it related to a current topic or project you're likely to revisit? Just add appropriate tags, and trust the process?

- Not related to sth you're working on, but really interesting, and worried it will get lost? Add a review by date (using Roam plugin, like ;in two weeks;). Once it appears in backlinks, either visit, reschedule, or archive if it wasn't so important after all

5 - Once you've gone through all tabs (remember, you didn't close any. It's too slow, and too selective), close the entire browser window. Take a deep breath of relief.
6 - Continue processing all browser windows.

I began outlining this in January . Also developed a tool to import all tabs to Instapaper - not for general usage, but if you end up Cmd+clicking on a lot of links in a blog, etc.
