1. Happy #ValentinesDay! Meet Peipei Li & Luhua Rao. Days after PRC tycoon Luhua met Peipei in #Vancouver he told her he loved her. A few weeks later he gave her a Tiffany diamond ring. A few months later he gave her C$18m & they married in Vegas. But (you know there's a but)...

3. But moving on. Peipei set up a real estate investment firm in the Bentall Centre in downtown Vancouver. She bought a Rolls-Royce Ghost ($467,700). She bought this Shaughnessy home for C$7m
4. "[We] will be able to make 500 [thousand] to 1 million Canadian dollars simply by flipping it" said Peipei, and "It’s actually worth C$10 million; we got it for C$7 million.”

5. This is the mansion Peipei wanted to buy for C$15.5m. She told Luhua she haggled the price down from C$18m in a deal “my flight attendant friend’s hubby helped me get”. Luhua said no. In an affidavit, he said he "had a feeling of being deceived". Current value? $10.2m
6. This is lawyer Dongdong Huang. He too thought he was in a romance with Peipei (She denies this, vehemently). Four weeks after Peipei's Vegas wedding, Dongdong knelt in front of her in a crowded Vancouver restaurant - to promise proof of his love. By buying her a Ferrari
7. He says he gave Peipei a total of C$1.4m. Dongdong is an accomplished and published Chinese poet, so he also gave her this poem, titled "Tribute to Red Ferrari". It tells of a beautiful woman behind the wheel of a Ferrari, buildings and trees bowing to her as she speeds away
8. You can probably guess this doesn't end well. Peipei is now involved in a mountain of litigation with both men. She says Luhua tricked her into bigamy. She says Dongdong was a sexual harasser. No claims of wrongdoing have been proved against ANY of the three
