Since I haven’t seen this particular Penn Station Access presentation made available yet on pennstationaccess.info, I’ll share the slides that were given at the Bronx CB 11 transportation committee meeting. 
Penn Station Access will boast massive time savings for East Bronx commuters.
This is the preliminary schedule for construction of the new stations. They’re not waiting for East Side Access to complete before building (barring potential challenges with federal funding and cooperation with Amtrak), but obviously service won’t begin until ESA is in service.
This slide features me speaking with city planners to ensure the area around the Morris Park station will have adequate cyclist and pedestrian infrastructure.
There was a question asked regarding a potential 5th station in Sunnyside, Queens. The MTA is not precluded from adding a station there in the future.
The Triboro RX was also mentioned - the Penn Station Access project doesn't preclude them from adding that service in the future, a relief to hear. It would've been very on brand for the MTA to build this project in such a way to make Triboro RX service to the Bronx impractical.
I’m grateful there are currently no plans for parking at the new stations, because after all, the goal of this project is sustainability.
There was a suggestion for taxi stands in lieu of parking. I’d note that some of the designs presented at the community workshops did include a “taxi turnaround.” @ChristianAmato
@ChristianAmato Regarding the station designs, they’ll be ADA accessible, but will otherwise be “minimalist” and have no station houses. Lots of other details which were asked about, including service patterns, and fares, are TBA, and were not within the presenter’s purview.
I would also add that I find the calls for parking at the Morris Park station particularly egregious because there's already so much parking nearby.
Each station will have multiple bus connections. The Hunts Point station in particular will be just across the street from the 6 train. I've marked the approximate locations of each station on the bus redesign map.
