When did you start hearing about "outside prosecutors" reviewing DOJ cases? ["sequester" effort?]

@MZHemingway @Techno_Fog @almostjingo 2) If you think about the DOJ/FBI process to go back and "sequester" all of the cases which used evidence from the fraudulent FISA, it makes sense that Barr needs outsiders.
@MZHemingway @Techno_Fog @almostjingo 3) Per the declassified information from the DOJ/FBI to the FISA court the DOJ/FBI, after admitting the FISA's were fraudulently obtained, they were going to go look for the fruit of the poisonous tree. The downstream outcomes from a fraudulently obtained warrant.
@MZHemingway @Techno_Fog @almostjingo 4) Assuming current DOJ prosecutors, which included the entire Mueller team, used evidence gained from the FISA warrant in their prosecutions, they would hold an inherent conflict in any "sequestration" search.
@MZHemingway @Techno_Fog @almostjingo 5) Barr would need "outsiders" to review each case (& FBI investigation) and determine if any evidence within any case (or FBI investigation) was directly, or even indirectly, an outcome of origination material stemming from the FISA warrant.
@MZHemingway @Techno_Fog @almostjingo 6) Considering that encompasses over three years of Mueller and DOJ cases, involving at least DC, SDNY, EDNY, EDVA, and Main Justice DOJ offices, that's a lot of reviewing.

The DOJ requested more time, and the FISC deadline response date was extended to Feb 5th.
@MZHemingway @Techno_Fog @almostjingo 7) It's immediately after that deadline that we see media reporting on the outside prosecutors.

From the 30,000 ft. level it makes sense there would need to be a team combing through all of these potential cases; and then questioning the original prosecutors.
@MZHemingway @Techno_Fog @almostjingo 8) Which would, naturally, anger the DC prosecutors - including Mueller's team - who were the original users of material now being reviewed for sequester.... and they start complaining to their media allies.
@MZHemingway @Techno_Fog @almostjingo 9) ....Which explains all the pearl-clutching reporting from The Washington Post, New York Times, and CNN.

The spin is sold as Barr interfering with current/prior investigations on behalf of Trump. But the reality is Barr is complying with the original FISC agreement.
@MZHemingway @Techno_Fog @almostjingo 10) Of course, we notice those same media voices never reported on the FISC sequester operation to begin with. So their readership would have no frame of reference.
