Also, I'm not sure how people newer to the industry or on like more entrepreneurial — bear with me — platforms will know all these regs. I can see a lot of issues with implementation and enforcement. This is just really weird

What about Snapchat? Does it apply to platforms like that or camgirl sites?

It appears to by the letter of the law - this could also endanger user-content platforms on which this stuff happens.

All that said - I DO think there could be room for govt intervention but not in this form. Again, I'd need to see evidence, data, etc., but health inspections, maybe a board to which issues could be reported, etc., would better serve
