Here is Justice Ginsburg responding to the majority's claim that letting the boy's parents sue the rogue agent for damages would undermine American national security
RBG concludes by noting that the tragic killing of the boy is not an isolated incident.
In short: the Supreme Court has concluded by a 5-4 margin that there is no legal mechanism to hold border agents accountable for shooting Mexican children in the face if they are standing a few feet south of the US-Mexican border.
