districts. @MichaelSteele gave Perez 1 of his trademark "are you nuts" eye bulges, and said to the host that in 2010 when he was RNC Chair he made the message about Obama & picked up 63 seats. He shook his head in disbelief. As he well should bc the idea that you should not make
the super unpopular, extremist, norm-busting incumbent POTUS a major focal point of your messaging strategy is CUCKOO in a midterm. The only rationale (still wrong mind you, but a reason) Ds do this is the erroneous belief that Reps are voting for them. Hope this work fixes that
