The headline:
A lengthy, vivid recitation of all the calumnies Trump directed at Biden last night, with no indication that the criticisms are dishonest or more accurately describe Trump himself (plus a deferential-to-Trump acknowledgement that Biden alone said some untrue or confused things).
Paragraphs six and seven are the tell that this is correct.
