He’s gasping in a very particular way that shows his blood pressures too high, his blood sugar is too high & he’s not exchanging co2 correctly. He can’t breath because his kidneys are damaged. He’s not under normal stress, he has uncontrolled high blood pressure damaging his kidneys (which also modulate blood sugar) and lead to escalating high 3/

That not only exacerbates the kidney damage (it’s all a vicious little circle, you see) the constant high blood sugar is rapidly re-stenosing those arteries with the stents in them. Stents are like Chinese finger-taps, fitted in to an artery. The stent is mesh 4/

But if your blood sugar is out of control the arteries re-stiffen and your immune system (foam cells) grows new placques that lock the mesh stents both 5/

It causes chest pain and eventually another heart attack. But in the mean time, uncontrollable high blood pressure, making it all worse.

@patribotics @riotwomennn @SallyAlbright @ag_due @Selena_Adera At the outside. With blood pressure that high, 2stents and now dyspnea giving away what’s up with his kidneys: my observation is he’s not far from a serious stroke.
