Men Over 40:

You want to burn more fat.

You want to undo the Dad Bod.

You want to get healthier.

I'll show you how to do ALL OF THAT, plus way more, if you're willing to commit.

My approach will be regarded as 'unusual' by most. But it gets results.

Here's 8 tips (thread);
1) OMAD

This is going to be the biggest one, for most of you.

Younger men don't seem to benefit as much from this.

But older guys?

They TRANSFORM.

2) TRT

Once you've ALREADY got the basics on point - diet, sleep, training, then TRT may well be something to look at.

It will INDIRECTLY help with fat loss, due to energy, muscle mass, sleep etc.

3) Daily Stretching & Mobility

You're not 18 anymore.

You can't go and do 10 sets of bench press without any war-ups.

Remember: You're no good to anyone if you're injured, and you're not going to be burning any calories.

4) Prioritise Recovery Days

Again, 18 year olds can smash the gym 11 times a week and still recover.

You need time to recover from intense lifting.

You'll gain more muscle this way.

5) Eat WAY More Salmon

Most people think once per week is enough for optimal testosterone production.

It's not (although it probably is for younger guys).

Get it in your diet every other day.

6) Eat WAY More Eggs

Old-school bodybuilders knew what they were doing with all these eggs (no they won't give you a heart attack unless you're ALREADY doing something really wrong).

MAJOR micronutrient benefits in eggs.

Great for testosterone.

7) Keep Your Workout Times <45 Minutes

Why?

When you're in the gym >1 hour, cortisol goes up. Which is bad news for your testosterone as a Man Over 40.

Imagine doing that >3 times per week like most do!

Keep them intense.
Focus on full body.
Superset.

Wake Up Earlier & Walk

This is one of the most powerful habits you can create.

45 mins per day = ~250 calories burned.
Per week = 1750 burned.
Per month = 7k calories EXTRA.

2 lbs of pure fat EXTRA.
