5 Reasons Intermittent Fasting Is Better Than Any Other 'Diet' (Thread):

This is THE eating system that transformed me from a chubby-faced, skinny-fat loser, into a chiselled fat-burning machine.

It's not just a diet.

It's a system.

If you want to be 10% body fat long-term, you need IF.

If you want to maintain this easily and still maintain a normal life, you need IF.

If you want optimal health & rock-bottom inflammation, you need IF.

Here's 5 reasons why...
1) Long-Term Calorie Control

Yes, calories are real, just like gravity is real.

But IF gives you an automatic 'upper ceiling' that makes it VERY difficult to be in a consistent calorie surplus (A.K.A get fat).

The problem with advice such as:

"Just eat meat and everything will be fine", is that it leaves people hitting 17%, 15%, or 13% body fat & they STALL.

Not knowing how to progress, because their calories are at maintenance.

IF acknowledges calories, and keeps them LOWER.
2) It's Hard To Overdo Fats

Again, because your eating window is much smaller and you're not eating a pure-fat breakfast, it's harder to overdo the fats, which is a MAJOR reason for keto guys stalling.

Eat high fat if you want.

But make damn sure you're not in a surplus.
3) You Get Large Satiating Meals

Regardless of which 'diet' you're on, if you:

- Eat 3+ meals per day
- Eat across a 16 hour window

The your meals are nowhere near as big, satiating or FEAST-like as they could be.

Fast, then feast.

4) You Get Maximum Freedom

I don't recommend being a 'party animal' - that lifestyle will never get you ripped.

But meals out every so often with friends/family?

Sure.

You can eat whatever you want with IF, as long as it fits your eating window and calorie intake.
5) You Get Maximum Productivity

- Wake Up Early
- Drink Black Coffee
- Don't Waste Energy Digesting Food
- Get To Work

And I can guarantee you'll make more $$$

6) You Perform Better In The Gym

Fasted workouts (with black coffee & electrolytes) have been some of the best workouts I've ever done.

No joke.

Unless you're running a damn marathon, you don't need carbs in your stomach.

ESPECIALLY if...
You've got 10,000 calories-worth of the stuff clinging to your waistline.

Fasted training is one of the BEST ways to:

*Gain lean muscle
*Sculpt your physique
*Increase your testosterone
