The Top 4 Ways To Improve Your Mindset (Thread):

Your mind is ultimately responsible for everything.

Lazy?

This thread will aim to get your mind most likely to make GOOD decisions.

Starting with..
1) Train EVERY Morning

If you're currently a lazy f***, this is THE most powerful thing you can do.

Every day gets off to a killer start, and all you have to do is maintain that, but here's the kicker:

It comes NATURALLY.

So:

1) Drink black coffee
2) Force yourself

Next:
2) Get Adequate Sleep

It's very difficult to be a motivated, high-T animal, when you slept for 3-5 hours.

Go to sleep earlier & don't touch alcohol.

Next:
3) Do An Extended Fast

We've covered the training & sleep side of things, but if you want a dietary challenge that reall puts you in the drivers seat?

Do a 3-7 day fast.

100% dietary control.

100% discipline.

And it also removes BAD habits that are...
Contributing to your lazy, procrastinating a$$.

4) Improve Your Media Sources

Huh?

We all get bombarded by messaging/propaganda on TV, Instagram, Twitter, Netflix etc.

You might as well use this as a POSITIVE influence, rather than NEGATIVE, fear-mongering, bulls**t.

My suggestions?
- Cut TV completely
- Reduce Netflix to certain evenings
- Listen to useful podcasts/audiobooks
- Read useful Tweets/Blogs
- Watch ONLY useful YouTube videos

You control this shit.

Don't let it control you & your mindset.
