Urgent thread on Delhi Violence Deaths.

As you know, @purpleremnants and I have been trying to put together an accurate list of those who died in the targeted violence in Delhi. We have combed over possibly every single list/report we could get our hands on.
However, we keep coming across deaths that haven't been recorded.

Here is one, Raja.

This article mentions the death of one Than Singh, who has not been documented.

This list mentions one Sharif Khan on who there doesn't seem to be any additional reporting.

Then there is this deceased person Bhure, who until today doesn't seem to show up on any list

Then there is the case of the unidentified 70 year old female who was listed in the original GTB hospital list. Later that body was identified as Akbari, god knows how.
My question: how on earth is the death toll still 53? This miscounting is obvious to anyone who is looking carefully.
So either reporters are making up names of more dead persons than there actually are (unlikely as these news sources have a certain credibility), or there is some suppression of numbers, even if its by two or three bodies.
I hope in the coming days these names are added to the official list of the DelhiPolice or a clarification is given about why these names are not on the list yet. We also have been only given identification of 5 out of 11 recovered bodies from drains.
When 2002 happened, we had to rely on official death tolls. Many claimed the toll was deflated on purpose, yet it remained open to debate. I am not as helpless as I was 18 years ago. This time, we will account for every deceased person.
The least we can do as a society is restore the dignity and identity of people at least in death, when the country has failed them when they were alive.
Finally, this is our list. It now has 51 names. Do the math.

PS: There are also some other odd things we noticed. These two names were on an initial list in The Print, but dropped after without any explanation.

Ishak Khan, 24, Mlc no. B3369/10/2020, PS Welcome-Seelampur

3. Ram Ser, 48, PS Jyotinagar, MalC B2-751/03/20
I assume MLC no. is the number of the Medico-Legal certificate. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
It could be that the names were incorrectly spelt. So Ishak became Ishtiyaq and Ram Ser (really don't know where this name went). See its worth looking into if only to clear this confusion.
