So the PG County cases include two unrelated vectors.
Reading about this and about the nursing home in Washington where when they finally got tests, 31 out of 35 residents are positive and they haven't tested staff.

(Did the residents all give it to each other? Staff seems more likely vector to me.)
We're going to be in danger of a tipping point where the lack of a clear picture of where the virus is and how it is spreading causes panic rather than suppressing it, if testing can't ramp up quickly enough.
"Most people who get the coronavirus in a new area have traveled" does not equal "most people who traveled have the coronavirus" but that's not a distinction we make easily.
