3) no more than TWO pts per hour on site ONLY for physical exams. then they go home or to the car. take history, schedule follow up by phone.

But health care sites like offices are going to be dangerous given that people with symptoms from many different social circles will be in one place
So please please encourage people to call first before going to the office

- staff work from separated exam rooms to socially distance
- split up each weekend call to lower the burden on each provider
- was not emphasized earlier but so important to protect front desk staff and transition to virtual
