This comes from a '16 radio interview about the infamous "Jane Doe" case.
Finaldi is lying. Nobody ever claimed anything like that. Not in court files and not even in the Leaving Neverland crapfest. But it's useful fake news to pimp as he tried to promote a female "victim". 2/10

Of course, Finaldi also made sure to pick a radio show whose hosts had a history of being negative toward Michael. They had been back in 2005 when MJ was acquitted and were again in 2016 by allowing this serial liar and his serially lying clients to have a platform. 3/10

Immediately after, Finaldi claims that MJ "invited the plaintiff and her mother only into the home to meet Michael Jackson. Not the father." However, Jane Doe made two complains with two different stories altogether and Finaldi doesn't know which one he should pick. 4/10

Why? Because the second complaint was already weaving the web of the notorious phony LN narrative of MJ being at the center of some huge ring involving some mysterious employees. That is necessary if you wanna get hundreds of million dollars from MJ's companies. 5/10

Now let's take a look at how Jane Doe pulls a Robson and makes up umpteenth different versions as to the reason why she waited to suddenly accuse MJ when the prospect of a multimillion-dollar lawsuit/settlement only came into the picture. reminds you of something? 6/10

More proven lies from Finaldi during that same interview: Michael Jackson’s Wikipedia page did not contain any information about the child abuse allegations against him and that these allegations were somehow hidden from the public.

Then, 2 weeks before the demurrer hearing, Jane Doe dismissed her case. Its clear that it was strategic to claim a non-existent relationship between Doe/Safechuck & MJ's companies. The dismissal of the Jane Doe case was not linked to any payment: 9/10 dailymichael.com/lawsuits/robso…

A few months later, in June 2017, Judge Beckloff ruled on the Estate’s demurrer and dismissed Safechuck’s case.
