Folk still seem to me to be not taking this seriously enough. Let me explain to you how my life works. I emphasize that I am not saying any of these things will stop me getting it. I'm simply trying to tell you how seriously I take it.+
+I work from home. I don't go to shops for anything other than household essentials. I try to do that as rarely as possible. I hv gradually stocked up (buying a bit more than usual each time I go without taking the last of things) & hope not to shop at all for 3 wks from Friday.+
+Whenever I leave the house, I have a large coat I wear. I only ever touch it when I go out. If I'm ever out without the coat, all my clothes go straight into the wash when I return. When out I am trying to get into the habit of never touching my face. I wear glasses when out.+
+I try never to come within a couple of metres of anyone else when out. I try not to touch anything if I can avoid it. When I return, I take off my coat & put it away. Then I wash my hands. Then I get my shopping in. Then I take off my shoes & wash hands again.+
+Then I unpack my shopping. Then I store the bags & don't use those bags again for at least 3 days. After that, I wash my hands again. When I get anything delivered I don't interact with the deliverer. I strip the outer packaging & dispose of it, then wash my hands.+
+I have all my family members behaving the same way. My wife has a spray she sprays on her coat each time she comes in. We call these our "plague protocols". We have "outside protocols" and "inside protocols".+
+I emphasize that I don't expect this to stop us frm getting CV. I'm not saying others shld do exactly the same. We all must read the official advice & work out our own methods. But I do think everyone needs to understand how serious this is & do our bit to try to slow the spread
