@AajeevikaBureau 's Labour line has reported horrific cases from Jodhpur. A family of 4 (Including 2 women and a child) has reported that they are being asked to vacate their house by the landlord, as they haven’t been able to pay for recently due to non availability of work.

The various helpline numbers shared by the government on their websites remain unreachable in times of definite need, reports various workers who ultimately called the Labourline for help.
The panchayats where the PRI elections were due are facing an additional burden. The existing Sarpanch and Ward panch are not taking any responsibility in helping calm the panic in the village.
In a time like this, the people’s representatives have an additional responsibility of connecting with their panchayat and help those in distress. They must know that term ending is of little significance during an epidemic, especially when an epidemic hits their people.

Similarly, private school teaches in Sawai Madhopur have been denied wages since the lockdown.
From Southern Rajasthan, 5.79 million people migrate to work in high risk occupations in nearby states of Maharashtra and Gujarat.Upon the return hey are not given proper tests due to the limited number of kits available.
Given the size of the population testing facilities in the region must best increased on a priority basis.
