the threat of the DPA being there is great leverage, but companies are stepping up w/o the gov't needing to invoke it.

3M, GE healthcare are putting out tremendous numbers w/o the gov't needing to exercise the DPA in any way.

For their own safety, if you leave NYC ensure you self isolate for 2 weeks & get tested if severe

3. Drugs: physicians can give drugs off-label to give some hope. Simultaneously we're doing clinical trials on a number of diff candidates to determine definitively what's safe and effective
