I can’t believe, with millions of lives on the line, companies like Fox News are still allowed to broadcast, incompetent politicians like Trump still allowed to hold office, and billionaires like Bezos still allowed to hoard the wealth. How many lives have be sacrificed for them?
How many Americans will die if we wait until January 20th before a new president takes office? What if Trump continues to refuse to use the Defense Production Act and the majority of hospitals go without masks or ventilators until 2/2021? Is that an acceptable sacrifice? Why?
What if Fox News continues to encourage people to downplay the crisis, leading to more people going outside and potentially infecting up to 59,000 other people each? Or if they continue to tell the president that states “don’t need ventilators.” Is that an acceptable risk? Why?

The fact there haven’t been nonstop ads on every channel with health experts telling people what to do and contrasting this with the widespread beliefs/misinformation peddled by the Trump admin is allowing misinformation to influence public behavior at the worst possible moment.
We didn’t need $900 million in ads promoting a failed candidate for president. We need a $900 million public health campaign that explicitly combats misinformation and reaches every American on every platform every hour.
And if companies like Facebook, Twitter and Google want to help, they should allow those ads to stream for free.

Democrats should pass Congresswoman Waters bill and send it to the Senate. One of the most comprehensive relief bills. There’s no time for negotiation and Republicans might not even have a working Senate majority soon thanks to Rand Paul potentially exposing them to coronavirus.
This guy really went swimming and worked out in the Senate with coronavirus. Who knows how many legislators might be exposed now. Georgia had to shut down their legislature because one legislator had coronavirus. Legislation must pass now in case this happens to the Senate.

Their only source is this tweet that has been deleted. Officials have not yet stated any causes for the fire so hang tight before getting conspiratorial.
@BuzzFeedNews 2. This is an account that routinely spreads disinfo. Here she is pushing a pro-Yellow Vest "false flag" narrative without any semblance of evidence.

Prediction: a huge class action lawsuit by influencers banned or demonetized by social networks will lead to recognizing & protecting:
- accounts as personal property
- posts as free speech

The more livelihoods depend on social influence, the likelier this becomes.
To be featured in this class action lawsuit:

There are several legal precedents for this:
1) malls are regulated as public spaces and must protect speech and assembly rights even though they're private minnpost.com/cityscape/2015…
2) utilities (gas, water, electric) aren't allowed to cut people off even if they miss bills.
