Hey there! I just wanted to check in and see how all my activist friends and comrades are holding up. I haven't been as active as (1/12)
I'd like but I did make the Bernie call on Friday and I signed up for text-banking for an unaffiliated Dem group I'm in the other (2/12)
day. The most important thing right now is to stay busy for the sake of sanity and what better way than virtual campaigning. (3/12)

former coworker and roommate from my days in full time politics in DC who now lives in Vancouver, BC. I spoke with him for an hour (5/12)
yesterday (much needed - he's almost like a brother and I really miss him). We spoke at length about this situation, its impact on (6/12)
politics, policy, and elections and I quickly found myself giving him a much needed dose of optimism backed up both by what I see (7/12)
on the ground and online. Know this: we will not only get through this, we will be stronger for it, especially on the activist (8/12)
left. This crisis is practically designed to promote and demonstrate the efficacy of our ideas. The fact that this touches everyone (9/12)
is demonstrating how important strong well-functioning government is. Reagan's old arguments are falling away like so much used (10/12)
hoarded toilet paper. 🤣 Keep your eyes on the prize, find creative ways to contribute, and PLEASE pass this on to all those who need to hear it. (11/12)
I short, keep busy for a good cause, keep your head up and your eyes on the future, and STAY SAFE! (12/12)
