- Do your #research: curriculum, front loaded?, number of residents, night float?, location, categorical or advanced (needs IM prelim)?
- Start asking for LoRs (May have to remind writer at least once)

- Have a note or document on your phone/PC for
ideas: You never know when a moment of inspiration
may happen!💡).
- Make as many corrections as needed
- Contact programs with any questions, specially if something is not clear to you

- Work on your #CV: make it concise and relevant, including achievements, research, other skills or training certifications, languages spoken, hobbies and other interests. This may be more relevant this season due to virtual nature of interviews.

- Create your ERAS account, all participant programs will be included there.
- Narrow down or confirm your list.
- Start uploading documents to ERAS portal as you complete them (you can always continue to modify CV and PS)

In addition, FOR IMGs:
- Make sure you meet program requirements before applying (USMLE/COMLEX exams, ECFMG certification, is the program IMG friendly?).
- Check for current Government visa restrictions
- Pay for ERAS token
