Hmm. Who at @ofqual signed off on an appeals process that operationalises the dog-eat-dog #ethics of the #HungerGames?

For every subject from Further Mathematics down, the "Predictive Accuracy" of the model is equivalent to LESS than a coin toss!
This and other instances really do beg the question of who has overarching #responsibility for the implementation of (high impact) #algorithms across government & the public services.
