Most of the $$ went thru a company called Trump Las Vegas Sales and Marketing: little previous income, no clear business purpose and ZERO employees.
The Trump-Ruffin venture wrote it off as a business expense.

Unless the payments to Trump's company were for *actual* business expenses, claiming a tax deduction for them would be ILLEGAL #TaxFraud. If they were NOT legitimate and were also used to fund Trump’s campaign, they could be considered illegal campaign contributions, a #felony.💥
Ruffin has been very generous to Trump. When Trump took the Miss Universe pageant to Moscow in 2013, the men flew over together on Ruffin’s private jet. He contributed >$2.5 million to Trump’s campaign, his shady foundation and his inaugural.🧐
