The @VenusSylbrine account, which has since been deleted, unexpectedly turned from a #resistance account to a pro-Trump #MAGA account on October 16th, a few days back. @file411 has a good thread here #infoOps #osint #disinfo #infosec

Looking back in July this @VenusSylbrine account was posing as a #resistance #blacklivesmatter account #BLM and had built up a moderate following and was quite active at retweeting out resistance related content. #infoOps #osint #disinfo #infosec

However, there were examples of things that seemed a little amiss and clear red flags this was a troll account like this particular reply tweet. Clearly aimed at being divisive, incendiary and creating conflict. #infoOps #osint #disinfo #Election2020 #vote

This type of information warfare / deception campaign reminds me of our Rally Forge thread where a TPUSA associated domestic troll farm in Phoenix was caught creating fake progressive left & far left #DSA accnts 2 attack the Democratic center #election2020

Or his thread from last year where we found some troll accounts spreading disinformation that Ivanka had Chinese voting machines already in place to cast doubt on the upcoming election. This of course is absolutely not true. #election2020 #infoOps #disinfo

These main nodes, that pushed the Ivanka Trump Chinese voting machines #disinfo, @ann_cannon & @siano4progress were later suspended by Twitter presumably for spreading election disinformation. The @neveragainFL account is still live but has gone completely inactive #Election2020

Or actual #DSA or former BernieBro accounts leaking a story of unnamed sources to stir the pot. You know the vote for Jill Stein, there is no difference between the two parties crowd. Why is it always @politico that pushes these unsourced stories? #election2020
