@enywaru @PesaCheck Also check the judge swearing in. I always knew the judge who swore in Tibuhaburwa in 86, was a friend's dad. He seems to be the same person 5 years earlier with Obote, and not Justice Masika as stated.

I have previously failed to trigger a response from @URAuganda which shd not be the case. I personally think URA should intervene in such a case, but, I will take your advice, and give this a shot.

Dear @URA_CG Sir, the scenario I paint above, happened before with TIN registration. Some of us had to pay agents to get TINs, until it was automated. For me to validate or transfer, I do not need to move around so long as I have the details.

Tororo, Bukedi was one time referred to as the United Nations of Uganda...then something happened!
📍 BUKEDI/Tororo was one of only 15 districts in Uganda at Independence in 1962.

✳️ Districts - Acholi, Lango, Bombo, Bugisu, Bukedi, Busoga, Karamoja, Kigezi, Madi, Masaka, Mpigi, Mubende, Sebei, Teso and West Nile.

✳️ Kingdoms - Buganda, Bunyoro, Tooro and Ankole
📍 THEN IN 1991

✳️ The breakaway of counties started, when Pallisa was split from #Tororo.

✳️ Busia was also broken off from Tororo 1997

✳️ Butaleja 2005

✳️ A year later, Tororo county demanded a district, but this time, wanted to go away with the admin Hq - Tororo town.
