I am in the midst of two world. Education in Visual Communication, Animation, Fine Arts and worked in Information Technology space as User Experience Principal Consultant. The society's temperament toward these two domains

are very different. Although, someone's need is someone else job. The advancement in Information Technology / Visual Technology (camera, media software, comm channels, technical frameworks / processes) will bear fruit only when the people in Visual Communication field will grow &

utilize these technologies alongside. The social outlook and support toward a person taking up Technology as a profession is overwhelming as compared to someone taking up different streams in Visual Communication as a profession in India. m.economictimes.com/tech/trendspot…

A person without any formal education in Information Technology decides to be in the field would be encouraged by the Society. Another person without any formal education in Fine Art decides to draw nude human anatomy would cause people to raise eyebrows. I have a

degree in Visual Communication, diploma in Animation, diploma in Fine Arts. Even then a lot of people questioned my intension of sharing Manga Art on Whatsapp stories. Then, I have to normalize the perception and share Item Songs images that are far more sextually provocative yet

featured on national television in India. What kind of bias / conditioning should this be called? The curriculum in Art schools practice erotica, anatomy, nudity, sexuality but the acceptance of such drawing (by an individuals) in major part of the society is low. Although,

sextually provocative Item Songs, Tiktok Videos, Comedy Shows are in plenty. The picture sketched by Art Gallery, Art Schools, History & Museum is miles apart from ground reality. This is the reason to nurture advocacy in Art Graduates to cultivate a progressive society

channelizing in a certain direction with inclusion of newer meaningful artforms.

The essence of Comics, Gaming, Animation & Movies is in story telling & storyboarding. I don't understand how commercial art will prosper if the society creates so many obstacles for story boarding! There will be few curated content selected from

plenty of raw story board comics. This is the reason human anatomy drawing & all type of story telling need to be democratize for everyone (that includes folks without formal education in Fine Art).

The right time has arrived along with the launch of The National #AVGC Policy to conceptualize a dedicated #Animation #Freelancer Website that may house the complete spectrum of 4000 specialist artists in different categories that are required to

create a full fledged animation feature film.
It takes 4000 professionals to complete an animation movie. The freelancer websites at its current state is good to hire a small team that may work on a small animation gig. Although, 4000 specialists work in a

An observation in India Post Office (#IndiaPostOffice).
Recently, I visited India post office to send Registred Post with acknowledgement. Acknowledgement letter is a postcard. Earlier the postcard is stapled with the envelope, some would also use sellotape to stick the

postcard. It is not allowed anymore. The postcard need to be stitched with the envelope. The gentleman standing beside me in the queue suggest to visit a nearby tailor shop to get it stitched. I believe, there should be a way to get the work done in the premises. How could we

overcome this problem? One of the way is to find a cost effective stitching machine. Another way is to re-design the acknowledgement postcard that can be torn off at destination & posted. What are the other solutions?
