Returning from a trip to attend memorial services for a dear vegetarian friend who died of Cancer.
Almost everyone I saw has Cancer, too.
And they all say:
“Why am I sick? I eat such a healthy diet, mostly fruit, vegetables and plant based!”
When I suggest it might be a chronic lack of protein, B-12, carnitine, carnosine, minerals, collagen, saturated fats and iron...and too much sugar and oxalates they are in complete denial. #vegan#cancer#breastcancer
I ate a lot of hummus, nut butter, tahini, rice, vegetables and fruit. (To be polite.)
I secretly cooked steaks on a small stove I travel with.
Everyone seemed simultaneously famished— but bloated/obese (or “skinny fat.”)
It breaks my heart to see so much premature aging, early death and suffering from the disinformation of the #plantbased lie.
I urged her to eat bone broth and “starve” the cancer with low carb ketosis.
My friend died very quickly when her cancer moved from throughout her body and blood.
She went on a trendy vegan juice cleanse to “cure” her cancer, as advised by her naturopath.
She was barely 60 years old.
This is the 4th friend I lost to Cancer this year.
Several others still valiantly “fighting” aka feeding their cancer with juices 🥤
Studies have shown that sugar (carbs) increases Cancer risk, as well as makes cells grow faster. So the concept of feeding your cancer a “cleansing” of juices, or a vegan (high carb) diet is misguided. beatcancer.org/blog-posts/5-r…
A #ketogenic diet is the opposite of what I see people in the #vegan#consciousness community eating...and I have to wonder if there’s a connection to the skyrocketing #cancer epidemic I see. But if I even mention “keto” people get angry and defensive.
The idea of “starving” cells of growth by inducing ketosis is backed with research and studies. The addition of oxygen (exercise or hyperbaric) intensifies the success. drsircus.com/oxygen/killing…
