🧵Thanks to @EerkeBoiten & @leoniedelt for pointing out the #NHS app 'Privacy Notice' changes re: #COVID19 vaccination status.

🔵 Since April 12th, we've encouraged customers to avoid the app & sign-in to a contact book which is their legal right to do so.

🔵 We view the use of the #NHS T&T app not solely as a public health measure, but to observe/measure compliancy for future use of #vaccinepassports in society.

Since May 17th, what we've seen 'go live' alongside international travel is very concerning...
🔵 As @EerkeBoiten pointed out, there's a separate 'Privacy Policy' re: COVID-status certification & your rights.

We *shouldn't* be seeing any categorisation re: vehicle reg, NI, employer, occupation, & also 'Special Categorisation' about physical/mental health condition.
🔵 Even though such categorisation isn't marked for use (yet) - the very fact it is present within the privacy policy in an strong indication of 'function creep' by the State.

We & other individuals/orgs have been warning of this re: #vaccinepassports for months.
🔵 We maintain there's no difference between domestic/international certification.

It's leading us to unified Digital ID & a social credit score. Same tech, intention & implementation.

If you advocate its use for travel you're also accepting this for domestic use.
Please do the following:

🔵 Stop using the #NHS app & especially for #travel.

🔵 Delete it from your phone & do a National Opt-Out of your data being used for research purposes before June 23rd.

🔵Request from NHS Digital that all your data collected via the app is deleted.
Complete the National Opt-Out here &/or contact your GP about them preventing your patient data being used for anything else other than within your clinic.

Here's what @TelegraphTravel won't tell you.

1. No passenger can be forced to undergo invasive medical procedure (PCR/LFT) at a port of entry/exit. Even if tests are free.

🔴 If rules change in international airspace before you arrive e.g. #Gibraltar #Iceland et al - international law *doesn't change*.

You can't be forced to take an invasive test & threatened with non-entry. Medical procedure needs fully informed consent.
🔴 Pilots like the one on @Ryanair who threatened passengers with local police due to facemasks are employees of an airline, i.e. a PLC,

They have no authority on domestic or international laws other than legitimate passenger safety concerns on their craft.

Note the last line. Under the IHR (2005) these recommendations *do not exist* & *cannot* exist from EUA only & unlicensed, not fully tested jabs until the end of 2023.

🔴 We believe the use of a traffic light system, #vaccinepassports, incl pre-depature & re-entry testing is unnecessary & illegal towards citizens.

This is an absolute disgrace by @NHSuk @NHSX & complete failure of patient data confidentiality.

How can anyone in #Britain trust the use of the #NHS app on your phone as a #vaccinepassport when this is what is happening.

🧵From 12th April, certain businesses are legally required to ask every customer scan in using the #NHS #COVID19 app, or provide contact details.

While it's a legal requirement of businesses, there's *no legal requirement* of customers to do so...

Businesses are told *not* to make the QR code a pre-requisite of entry & another way to sign in *must be provided*, i.e. hardcopy, following GDPR regs.

Businesses have *no legal authority* to request your ID to check physical sign in details outside of the #NHS app

We believe that this #testandtrace system in place from 12th April could be switched to a #VaccinePassport scheme within months if the Govt are satisfied with levels of compliancy.
