1/ @GarnettGenuis You are completely unfit to be a representative of the people as you are completely ignorant of & lack any empathy for the lived experiences of many people that do not hold your (religious) worldview.
I am NOT saying it is OK to vandalize & or destroy property >

Except they had to stop holding the meetings at the church.

For some that fear & hate runs deep & IS UNDERSTANDABLE.
You fail to grasp >

5/ & reject the valid life experiences of FNMI & the intergenerational trauma & impact of forced conversion, assimilation & residential schools. You casually forget that your organization did not just cover-up, but facilitated the child rape of thousands of children >

6/ > Your organization has practised the forced & coercive conversion of millions in Africa, South America, the Middle East, Asia & of course Central & North America, has enforced policies perpetuating poverty & HIV/AIDS suffering impacting millions,

7/ > has subjugated, disempowered & treated women as less than men & in doing so has directly harmed women the world over.
It has caused hate, fear, separation, segregation & disharmony through it's arrogant judgement of others & their beliefs or lack of.
And it has done this >

8/ > as the largest non-state land owner in the world, with property & treasures & gold & jewels literally in the multiple, multiple-billions beyond measure.
And yet to this day it still moves it's millions & pleads poverty & persecution to avoid paying it's victims.

9/ The Catholic church has paid multiple tens of millions, likely way more to laywers to lobby governments to avoid paying victims, to laywers to win against victims to stop paying victims. And it has paid accounting firms millions to move & hide the money

10/ > like they were laundering money for the Mob. You know, like when they did. Your organization has helped Nazi war criminals escape (your organization was the FIRST organization in the world to do a deal with the Nazis!)
Your organization has deeply, deepy hurt & harmed

11/ > tens if not hundreds of millions of humans in the last century, let alone last 2,000 years - but despite being RICHEST, most POWERFUl, most PRIVILEGED group of people entire history of the human race YOU still find the ignorance & arrogance required to ignore all of that >

12/ > and to make it about YOU, & how YOU can't believe the persecution you face when someone who may have experienced unspeakable & indescribable pain & suffering at the hands of your organization decides to burn down a building.

13/ I do not condone burning down churches or vandalizing other people's property. But the staggering depth of hurt & harm, the intergenerational time & on a scale in the hundreds of millions means that I do posses the intellect & the humanity required to "understand it".
