According to the index, Karachi has scored 39.7 points.
The division of points is as follows: 38.5 on digital Security, 48.4 on health security, 43.0 on infrastructure security, 33.3 on personnel security, and 35.4 on environmental security.
The cities that are ranked at the first top five places are Copenhagen, Denmark with 82.4 points, Toronto, Canada with 82.2 points, Singapore City, Singapore with 80.7 points, Sydney, Australia with 80.1 points, and Tokyo, Japan with 80 points.

The government has turned on work on the 3rd amendment of the tax income ordinance 2001 to provide data to NADRA.
The Tax Laws (Third) Amendment Ordinance, 2021 would enable the NADRA to have real-time access to information and databases held by the FBR.
The NADRA will also be able to send out notifications, intimations, or emails to potential taxpayers or non-filers, appealing that they disclose their actual expenditures, wealth, assets, and income to pay taxes and file returns.
