China has officially warned external forces to stop doing terrorism activities in Pakistan to not damage the image and interests of China. They also made a point that China would not forget anyone who supports these terrorists.

In an editorial; Chinese state-affiliated media "Global times" wrote "Some external forces reportedly have incited the terrorists in #Pakistan to inflict damage on China and Chinese interests. Once China obtains evidence that they support terror forces in Pakistan,
China will punish them".

In one month, two attacked on Chinese citizens happened in Pakistan. One is the "Dasu attack" where at least 12 persons, including nine Chinese engineers and two Frontier Corps personnel,
died and several others were injured on Wednesday in a bus"attack"near the Dasu hydropower plant in the Upper Kohistan district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. 2nd one is a suicide bomb attack on motorcade carrying Chinese personnel injured one Chinese national and killed 2 local children

Then there was another video that went viral on social media, which showed a man forcibly kissing a woman in a moving rickshaw.
On Monday 23rd Aug, Chung police station reported another rape incident of a 35-year-old woman along with her teenage daughter. The FIR has been registered against the culprits under section 376 punishment of rape, of the Pakistan penal code.

The Economist Intelligence Unit, released its ranking on Monday covering 60 major urban areas around the world, with focus on COVID-19 pandemic that has shown the “need for a more holistic approach to health and security and its closer integration into urban resilience planning.”
According to the index, Karachi has scored 39.7 points.

The division of points is as follows:
38.5 on digital Security, 48.4 on health security, 43.0 on infrastructure security, 33.3 on personnel security, and 35.4 on environmental security.

The government has decided to share the database of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) with the National Database and Registration Authority (NADR). The aim is to spot tax evaders.

The government has turned on work on the 3rd amendment of the tax income ordinance 2001 to provide data to NADRA.
 
The Tax Laws (Third) Amendment Ordinance, 2021 would enable the NADRA to have real-time access to information and databases held by the FBR.
The NADRA will also be able to send out notifications, intimations, or emails to potential taxpayers or non-filers, appealing that they disclose their actual expenditures, wealth, assets, and income to pay taxes and file returns.
