M.Gonchar (a respected #Ukraine #energy & security expert) is also concerned that this #hydrogen payoff is seemingly being promoted by #Siemens (a GER corp notorious for violating sanctions on #Russia) & DTEK (notorious UA electricity monopoly owned by a chameleonic UA oligarch).
Which seems like both a #Russia black op utilizing #Germany govt. & #Siemens (as any number of "#hydrogen hubs" won't mitigate the MILITARY risk of launching #NordStream2 for #Ukraine) and a textbook corrupt abuse of a national security issue for an unpatriotic oligarch's profit.
Michael Gonchar stresses that #Ukraine's (and #Slovakia's) #natgas transit monopolies do NOT see prospective #hydrogen projects with #Germany and other countries as a pay-off for agreeing to #NS2, but rather as a genuine EVENTUAL all-Europe phase-out of #FossilFuels circa 2050.
